Blue Snowman Let It Snow! Large Dl Decoupage TopperCompleted by Chell Sharpe

I used an A4 card blank and creased it to a Large DL. I matted the iamge onto silver mirror card and then onto blue holo card, I added 2 pale blue feathers and used foam tape to add it to the card blank.

I decoupaged the layer with foam pads & 3D glue gel. I used Red Stickles on the berries, Fruit Punch on the noses, Patina on the Holly leaves. Pinflair glitter wand on the scarves of the little snowmen and Ice-stickles on the pom poms & large snowman.
