Xmas Foster Parents Rudolph Signpost Lge Dl DecoupageCompleted by Beverly Carmichael

Printed onto good quality card stock. Cut out the pieces. Attached the main piece to red card stock, then to a white card base. Attached other piece using foam pads. Applied fine glitter to the snow areas and diamond glaze to the lettering, holly, hats, boots, and mitts.

Added tiny rhinestones for the holly berries. When I saw this card I had to make it as my husband and I were foster parents for 28 years.

And to all the other foster parents out there "Thank you for making a difference in this world, one child, one family at a time".
