Playful Penguins Fiance Large Dl Card Front with DecoupageCompleted by Davina Rundle

I printed on to paper. mounted the topper on to a white card and layered all elements. Added punched out snowflakes and glitter to embellish, and finished with a greeting. A very cute design.
