Playful Penguins Daughter & Son in Law Large Dl Card FrontCompleted by Davina Rundle

Printed on to paper, backed the topper with gold holographic card, then placed on to a snowflake patterned long DL card.

Layered all elements, adding some silver thread and a fish button to the penguins fishing rod. Embellished with gems in the centre of the snowflakes and some glitter.

A fun design.
