I printed the sheet selecting a smaller print option onto matt photo paper and cut out all the elements. I mounted the main topper onto a black matt... built up the decoupage using foam pads and decorated with a little glitter.

I mounted the completed topper onto a card blank that I have covered with backing paper and punched a decorative edge.

These dl cards are so quick to put together and are great if you are matchmaking.
