Snow Quick Card with Flurry ToppersCompleted by Emma Duddridge

I reduced the size of this to fit onto a smaller card and I used photo paper. I attached the backing paper and the base card with DST and then used sticky pads to decoupage. I added some organza ribbon to finish.
