Large DL - March of the Penguins

This sheet will make a large DL topper with decoupage. The border is inked, the background design is of snowflakes, there are trees, birds, snow hummocks and nine adorable penguins sporting Santa hats, scarves and boots.

Two of the penguins are holding signposts saying Merry Christmas.
