Large Dl Penguins on Parade Quick Card with 3D DecoupageCompleted by Pauline Worthington

The sheet was printed onto a supersmooth paper. I used a purple pearlesent card as my base. I mounted the topper straight onto the card and layered up the decoupage using 1mm foam pads. I used glossy accents on the star and their eyes and used one of my greetings.

I sprayed the front with glitter spray to finish.
