I printed this sheet on to glossy photo paper. Added the base image on to a large white DL card using DST, then added the decoupage with glue gel.

Added a strip of silver glitter to the top and bottom and decorated the letters with pink glitter dots, and silver in the centres of the stars.

Finished by adding the matching insert.
