This sheet will make a large DL sized topper with a layer of decoupage, and two matching gift tags.
The image has a tartan frame, swags of ribbons and baubles, singing snowmen and in front is a line of snowmen and snowwomen spelling out a child's name.

I printed and cut out this file and stuck the base card on to card stock. I then stuck the decoupage on with sticky pads. I made the two gift tags and put ribbon through the end of each.
I printed this sheet on to glossy photo paper. Attached the base image on to a large DL card using DST, then added the decoupage with glue gel. Trimmed around the tags, punched a hole and added matching ribbon. Finished the card off by adding the matching insert using DST.
