This sheet will make a large DL sized topper with a layer of decoupage, and two matching gift tags.
The image has a tartan frame, swags of ribbons and baubles, penguins with cookies and a Christmas tree and in front is a line of snowmen and snowwomen spelling out a child's name.

I printed this sheet on to glossy photo paper. Attached the base image on to a large DL card using DST, then used glue gel to add the decoupage.
Finished by adding the matching insert with DST. Trimmed the gift tags and punched a hole, threaded it with matching ribbon.
