Printed this sheet on to glossy photo paper and cut out. Made a DL card and covered the front with yellow backing paper, adding the main image to it using DST.

Used glue gel to decoupage the letters, and added a few peel-off dots to the letters.

Also added a gemstone to the ribbon and tiny pearls to the buttons of the snowmen. To finish added a peel-off sentiment and some blue gemstones.
