Printed this sheet on to glossy photo paper and cut out. Made a DL white card and covered the front with blue backing paper, then added the main image to it using DST.

Used glue gel to add the decoupaged letters.

Added red/gold peel-off edging and a peel-off sentiment with a few dots to decorate.
