I printed off the sheet onto 220gsm good quality photo paper. i matted the base image onto silver holo card, added a sky blue feather & used foam tape to mount it to the DL base card.

I decoupaged the layers & used Waterfall, Star Dust & Diamond Stickles to add some sparkle.
