Printed onmto good quality photo paper, cut out and mounted onto my base card. I decoupaged using silicone glue and finished with glamour dust and a pom pom to the hats and pink gems to the flowers.
Fab design, lovely colours and so easy to make.
Looks wonderful when complete - love it.
