I printed out design, cut out elements and attached to base white card with DST, I added decoupage with foam pads, and added greeting, A lovely design for children.

I printed the sheet onto 250gsm matte photo paper. I cut a scalloped edge with a punch onto the front of the card. I then attached the main image and cut out the decoupage pieces. Rather than use the two loose carriages I chose to just use the wheels.
I attached the decoupage pieces with foam squares.
