Fancy Arch with Cute Pirate DlCompleted by Wayne Swan

I printed the card on a Glossy photo paper. I made a card in black to use as a base. I clipped the card out like a arch. Clipped out the pieces. Attached them with Sticky pads.

The thin arch around the pirate I clipped sticky pads in small pieces to stick it on to the card.

A Little bit tricky but if I who is more blind then I can see can do it you will.
