Printed onto Matt photo paper. After cutting out all the elements I used DST to attach to a White DL card. I used foam pads to attach the Decoupage. I used glitter, and gems on this wonderful design.

I have printed motif on good quality 150g photo paper, cut all the parts, rounded edges a bit and assembled with double-sided adhesive pads.
I have decorated with glitter glue and stickers with the text "Happy birthday"
