I was very excited to get to make this card for CUP. My great nephew is a world famous soccer player (in his family) and this was the perfect opportunity to make a personalised card for him.

I made a basic white card as well as a matt of red and one of green (our team colours being red, white and green), printed the card on to Crafty Bob's gloss photo card, cut it out and, using double sided tape adhered the main picture to the card.

I very lightly traced the shirt and shorts onto a scrap piece of white gloss paper, coloured them to represent 'our team' and cut them out.

Using spongy tape I attached them to the card. Next, I fussy cut the boots, ball and trophy and adhered them to the card.

Finally, I took a silver Happy Birthday sticker and coloured it in team colours using spirit based pens and stuck it to the card.
