This birthday design was printed on white textured cardstock and attached to a dark blue cardstock for stability. The decoupage was added with 3d foam squared. The top border was made slightly wider so I could punch holes to add ribbon for hanging.
This sign would be great to hang on someone's door or cubicle instead of giving a card.
