I printed this sheet on to glossy photo paper and cut out. Attached the main image to a large cream DL card using DST, decoupaged with foam pads. Used gold peel offs top and bottom and added brown card candi's to the corners.
To finish added 'Happy Birthday' sentiment in cream/gold to match.
