I printed onto 180gsm gloss photo paper. Then I cut out the main image and the decoupage layer. I matted and layered the main image onto co-ordinating card stock and then attached to a large DL bright white blank .I added the decoupage layer with 3d foam tape.
Very quick card to make that has great effects the more layers you add.
