Printed onto Crafty Bob 200gsm Gloss Photo Paper. After cutting out all the elements, I used DST to attach the Topper to a large DL card scalloped edge on 3 sides.
I then used foam Pads to add Decoupage and sentiment.
I put some Stickles Icicle Glitter on parts of the Roses. A very Pretty design, and made into an equally pretty Card.
