I made a DL size card using 250 gsm card. I put some backing paper on the card and then printed the image onto matte photo paper. I cut out the elements and layered them onto my card with mini foam pads.
I added my own number 21 and placed gold beads around the neckline of the bottle and the happy birthday tag.
