I matted the base image onto Pink mirror card, then gold mirror card and added a Pink feather, then i used foam tape to add it to the base card.
I cut out and each Owl and the greeting and used foam tape and 3D glue gel to decoupage them to the base image.
I used Googly eyes for the little Owls and Pinflair glitter wand for the leaves and background flowers. I added gems to the ornate corners.
