I printed onto 160gsm white card stock and cut out the base card and the easy to cut decoupage layer.

I matted the card base onto silver miri card and then onto aDL card blank using 3d foam pads.

I then added glitter glue to the dots on the word birthday and added an organza bow to the top corner.Very quick and effective card to make .the more layers you add the better the effect.
