This lovely large dl sized topper features the beautiful 'Belle Epoque' roses on a beautiful fancy golden frame. It has a single layer of rose decoupage to add depth.

I reduced the size to 7" tall, then printed on matte photo paper.
I covered a card with roses swag paper from kit cup488074_5, then punched strips from a pale pink paper from the same kit and glued them to the card front, finishing with gold peel-off lines and using silicone gel to attach the decoupage.
Truly a treat for the eye, yet simple to make.
