Artist Lady Happy Birthday Word Dl Topper

An artist lady, with a paint palette & brush on a paint splattered background.

There are the words HAPPY BIRTHDAY in large text to layer up. I have also included extra decoupage pieces to layer up the lady and balloons to make a lovely card for a female artists & crafters birthday.
