Hi
I printed this card on to 120gsm quality white paper, then I laminated the design sheet.
I cut out the base design and added DST to the back of the design base and fixed it to white card.
Then I cut out the decoupage and put foam tape on to the backs of each piece , then I added it to the design .
to finish I added the bow and a happy birthday tag.

I printed the sheet onto 250gsm matte photo paper. I then attached the main image to a piece of kraft card and then onto a metallic cream DL card.
I cut out the large rose and attached it with foam squares.
I used foam circles to attach the bow and the greeting.
