Cupcakes Birthday Large DlCompleted by Shelagh E Osborn Wright

I printed the file on matt card and cut out the parts. I attached the main image on a lavender coloured pearlised DL card with DST. I layered the decoupage with foam tape. I outlined the blue letters with baby blue stickles.I used glossy accents on the cherry, added a pink acrylic flower to the centre cupcake topping, and used liquid pearls for the sprinkles on the heart cupcake. I finished with blue glitter gems in the four corners and added the matching insert, cup496585.

A pretty feminine Birthday design, especially for cupcke fans!
