Birthday Red Wine with FlowersCompleted by Chell Sharpe

I printed the sheet out onto 220gsm good quality photo paper. I matted the base image onto gold holo card, added a feather & die cut Ivy swirl used foam tape to mount it to the 8x8 base I'd covered in a CUP insert used as a backing paper.

I decoupaged the layers with 3D glue gel. I used Star Dust Stickles to add some sparkle.
