I printed the sheet onto lightweight card at a reduced size and cut out the elements. I mounted the base image onto toning metallic card leaving a 5mm border, then attached this topper to the front of my white card blank using DST.

I then used glue gel to attach the upper layer. I outlined the 2 small hearts with sparkle pen then applied glaze to the heart balloon. I finished by adding a small blue car sticker and a silver balloon outline peel-off.
