I printed the sheet out onto 220gsm good quality photo paper. i matted the base image onto gold holo card after cutting out the centre panel & added a vintage photo.
I added a feather & used foam tape to mount it to the DL base card.
I decoupaged the layers with 3D glue gel & used Star Dust & Diamond Stickles to add some bling.
