13th Birthday Large Dl Quick Card N 3D DecoupageCompleted by Shelagh E Osborn Wright

I printed onto matte photo paper, cut out the parts and attached the base image to a large DL folded Pearl blue card with DST. I edged the number decoupage with clear wink of Stella for a pretty shine and layered with 3D foam. I attached the "TODAY" panel with foam and went over this and the Happy Birthday words with wink of Stella. I used glossy accents on some of the controls and added a name to the screen using White peel offs. I completed the card with the matching insert.

A fab card for those "difficult"

13 year olds!!
