21st Birthday Card Front with Wine and Flowers

With this design i first printed it out onto photo paper, then after cutting out the elements, i placed the main design base onto the front of a large dl card, i then made up the design this i did using 2mm sticky pads and finished off with a red bow at the top of the decoupage, this is a fantastic design for a young woman turning 21, was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning and very effective when done.
