18th Birthday Cocktails Large Dl Quick Card 3D DecoupageCompleted by Marion Evans

This card is very colourful and perfect for an 18 year old. I chose the turquoise for my backing on the main graphic (also left a tad of white around the main graphic) and my base card is a thin frame of white (may not see it in the photo).

I cut out the decoupage and raised with foam pads, added some black gems that go with the black polka dots, and lastly, I added clear glitter glue on the lemon slice, bubbles in the drinks, cherry, white spots on balloons and the party favour as well.

I love the brighteness of this card!
