I printed onto 160gsm white card stock .Cut out the base card and the easy to cut decoupage layer.I attached the base image to a DL card blank with double sided taoe and then added the decoupage layer with 3D foam tape.I used 3D glitter glue to the middle of the flowers and the dots on the word sixteen for some extra sparkle.Great effective card.Very quick and easy to make.Great item to sell at craft fairs
