I matted my background paper with red card, then glued it to an A5 card blank.
I re-sized the image in Word, printed it onto card and stuck it to the backing paper using foam pads, added some heart and flower shaped embellishments and plenty of glitter glue!
I made the sentiment on my computer and added it using foam pads.
