Shih Tzu Name SignCompleted by Carolyn Norris

I printed the sheet on quality cardstock, cut out the elements, and used foam pads to decoupage. I placed bronze, brad fasteners in each corner before using double sided tape to adhere the card front to a caramel, pearlescent, matte and then to a blank, white, card.

This adorable card is very easy to cut and assemble. Shih Tzu fans will love to receive this card on their special day.
