Lovely Elegant FluttersCompleted by Rae Trees

I printed the design on good quality matte photo paper and attached the base to a black DL card. I decoupaged the elements with silicone glue, added a silver border around the edges and four small butterflies in each corner.

I finished with some crystal glitter to the butterflies.
