The Bells Ring Out Scalloped Wobble Card KitCompleted by Susan Smith
With this design I first printed it out onto photo card, I then cut out all the elements, I first made up the wobble base by scoring and folding, then I added the elements, this I did using 2mm sticky pads, this is a beautiful Christmas design which was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning and very effective once done
