Scalloped Over the Top Rocker - Princess and DragonCompleted by Shelagh E Osborn Wright

The topper and decoupage were printed on glossy photo paper,the rocker base on smooth medium weight card and the envelope pieces on 160g paper and all cut out. The envelope was easily made with DST along the folded flaps and the front and back glued together.The insert was scored and folded and added to the prepared base card with DST. The scalloped topper was added with DST and the decoupage and greeting added with foam pads. To decorate, different stickles glitters were added to the princess, butterfly, bird, flower and bow. Liquid gloss was added to the dragons eyes and claws,to the flower and leaves and to the tiny pink and green flowers around the topper,to make them stand out more and give a different texture. Tiny coloured pearls were added to the crown and around the main card,purple gems were glued to the bow and flower and a pretty purple 3D flower added to the greeting in Spanish.

A very pretty card and envelope, just right for little girls!
