I printed on A4 white card 220gsm. Where indicated on printout, I printed 'backing sheet' on reverse of card pieces, then cut out. I scored/folded in half the card base 'rocker' and insert. I stuck the insert (folded crease) with double sided tape.

The picture and the part that goes behind it, I stuck together with foam pads. I then stuck this on the base of the card, where indicated, with foam pads. I stuck on the 'dog' and dark blue bow pieces to form decoupage. I stuck the balloon pieces back to back with foam pads and stuck on the card base with double sided tape.

I stuck on the light blue bows with foam pads. I finished the card by adding small torquoise heart gem to centre of dark blue bow and dark blue star gems to the centre of light blue bows.

The envelope I printed off on A4 white card 220gsm, scored/folded where indicated and stuck together with double sided tape.

Initially, the back of the envelope was just a little to big for the front, just a little trim where needed, hey presto! envelope completed.

Such a beautiful card and enjoyed making it. So cute!ake and
