Printed onto good quality card then scored & folded as indicated. Attached topper to stepper using DST then assembled decoupage elements using 2mm foam pads. Finished by attaching a small pale blue dummy on organza ribbon through a hole punched in the topper..

Printed the envelope (not shown in the picture) onto 160gsm white paper. Scored & folded then secured with DST.
