I printed the base card image onto card stock, cutting and folding as per the designers instructions. I then made up the pyramid panel and fixed this to the card front with gel glue. I added the sentiment tag in one corner and small holographic embellishments in the opposing corner.

I also added a red gingham bow on one of the dogs.
