I printed the envelope sheet off on plain paper and the other sheet off on quality photo paper and cut out.

I used four split pins to attach each of the pictures together. I then glitter glued some of the hearts and glittered around the dog heart pic.

I stuck silver holographic peel-off hearts on each of the corners of the three pic's. I used the forth split pin to attach the red glitter ribbon to the top picture. Very simple and easy to make but very effective.
