Love & Happiness Card Topper KitCompleted by Rae Trees
I printed the design and backing paper on photo paper, decoupaged all the elements with foam pads, attached it to the backing paper and then put it on a lilac card stock, added gold borders, glitter to the flower buds and heart and glossy accents to highlight the pearls.
A great card to make.
