Printed 2 copies of the main image, I 'framed' one of them with hi shine silver mirri card to give the image a border.
From the 2nd image I cut out the picture frame, the tag and the side border.
I covered the card front with a piece of holographic mirri card (Teal colour) and then layered the 'framed' image on top.
Decoupaged the cut out pieces, added silver peel offs to the corners and tag. The side border was shaped and layered onto the same type silver mirri card and raised slightly with silicone glue, finally adding some matching coloured crystal jewells.
