Birthday Cupcake Delights Card KitCompleted by Hazel Pepper

I printed this sheet out twice so I could add extra decoupage. I cut out the elements and then I mounted the base image onto 28cm x 10.5cm card blank. I used a combination of 1mm and 2mm foam pads to add the decoupage.
