Printed on to good quality card stock. Carefully cut out the right and left circle on the top and bottom of each matching triangle. This will help you match them up to glue together using a fast drying sticky glue-do not glue about one inch from the top.

Cut out.

At the top score where directed, then spread the two layers and add the ribbon to the inside of the of the top layer.

Glue using double sided sticky tape, the ribbon down and turn over the scored part-glue this down. Then glue the rest of the back layer to the top and carefully cut of the excess. I then cut out the rest of the pieces and attached using glue dots.
